The phone must be in the same condition in order for a return to be accepted. We will not accept a return if the phone is damaged in any way i.e cracks, water damage, or burns. Returns will not be accepted if the buyer repairs or opens the phone.

We cover the cost of the shipping as reflected in the price of your phone. We include shipping insurance cost of your phone, tracking number, and a signature.

ATX Cell Deals ships orders within two business days. Orders placed on Fridays will be shipped by Tuesday at the latest. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If you place your order in the morning, we might ship it the same day. However, this isn’t guaranteed shipping times will vary, and orders may take up to 2 business days to go out.

We do NOT ship to freight forwarding companies. Your order will be canceled, and seller fees will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order before it ships if the customer or address is linked to known fraud risks or if the shipping address is invalid.

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Protectorates.

All seller return policies are based on the pre-condition that the device is received as advertised and in accordance with Swappa policies.

Returns are accepted hassle free within 30 days of the shipping delivery date. Returns for a refund are subject to a flat $30 restocking fee.

We got you covered we will refund your order fully without any fees if the package goes missing in transit before reaching delivery address.

(Fee is waived fully for any shipping related issues, meaning shipping carrier lost or damaged the device during transit)

Our warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects (no fees)
Damage or Lost in transit by the shipping carrier (no fees)

Our warranty does not cover:
Buyers remorse (we will have to charge you a restocking fee)

-The device is damaged by the customer (e.g., cracks, water damage, screen burns).
-The phone has been opened or repaired.

Returns will be denied if:
-The buyer does not remove their passcode or iCloud, Samsung, or Google accounts from the phone.

-If your account is on the device, the return will be completely denied. The phone will be locked and unusable, and we only sell devices that are free of accounts and locks.

If your order included a charging kit, it must be returned as well, or an additional $20 fee will apply.

Damaged Devices: Any damage must be reported within 1 day of delivery. After this period, any damage is considered the buyer’s responsibility, and the device will no longer be eligible for return.

To qualify for a refund, the phone must be fully reset to the Hello/Setup screen and powered on for IMEI verification. The IMEI must match the one provided in Swappa messages before shipping.

-We will provide a YouTube tutorial link on how to perform a factory reset.

-Once a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. However, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The device must be shipped back within 3 business days and received within 10 business days, or the return will be closed—unless there are major carrier delays. Only use the provided return shipping label, or the return will be denied.

-If the device is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to charge a 50–85% restocking fee. Depending on the costs of repair.

By making a purchase, buyers agree to these terms and understand that all devices are sold as-is.
