If a device is returned due to not as described, or defective, no restocking fee shall apply, and Trusty Tronics will cover return shipping costs.
For cosmetic concerns, these MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY and photos must be provided. Please note that we keep strict records, including images of each unique device immediately prior to the device being sent out.

Unfortunately, we do not have a feature to allow this. You will want to work with the seller to make sure the price is reduced when you are able to buy.
Hi John - I am going to change the price of both units now. Please try to purchase as soon as you can just so that another buyer doesn't sneak in if they get an email notification of the "price drop." Had this happen once before, and we aren't able to cancel the sale. Really felt bad for the buyer I made the deal with :/
Also if possible, we recommend for large purchases with PayPal (instead of Stripe), as it requires us to mail with signature confirmation and provides better protection for both parties.
