the phone is spectrum locked. You will have no issues using the phone on Spectrum. If you want to purchase a phone and use it on another carrier, I suggest buying a phone from that carrier.

The phone is not unlock enabled because it wasn't on my account for 60 days. I cancelled spectrum service completely and paid the service fees. They advised the phone being paid off is just one requirement for unlocking . They did ensure me that I would have no issues using the phone on spectrum. I shouldn't have to explain my whole story with spectrum when I'm trying to sell a perfect condition phone that sells for a 1000. The phone will work perfectly on spectrum and I checked three times before listing.
