This phone was used for one year and always in a case. There are no dents or noticeable scratches, but if the phone is turned on edge tiny, imperceptible marks are seen on the glass. The frame has no dents. It is an amazing phone and has 89% battery life. The Otterbox case for magnetic charging is included. I will have the latest IOS installed before shipping and have it 100% charged before putting it in the box to ship, too.
