If a device is returned due to not as described, or defective, no restocking fee shall apply, and Trusty Tronics will cover return shipping costs.
For cosmetic concerns, these MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY and photos must be provided. Please note that we keep strict records, including images of each unique device immediately prior to the device being sent out.

Hello, I see there is a disclaimer "Photos may not be of actual device." Is there anyway to see photos/condition of the hinge of the actual device, as this device in the photos looks good on all other sides.
Hi Shaheer - the device is already packed for purchase, so unfortunately we can not provide any additional photos. Devices in "good" condition such as this one may show light signs of normal use such as light scratches.
