hello mark, I am really interested in buying this tablet however i am a bit concerned on what protection will it have since I am using a middle man to get it to my location and I want it to be protected during the shipping phase. Will it be coming in the original windows box?

This does not come in the original surface box as that was thrown out. However it will be shipped in an appropriate laptop mailer. I would not recommend using a middleman as there are frequent scams and issues.

Per Heathers response, no I am not comfortable using a middleman, particularly with a user who has a three day old profile, no prior purchase or sale history or even a completed profile. There is simply too much risk using a third party or middleman and I cannot assume any liability, if there are any issues there is no recourse and you would assume all liability and risk. If you choose to purchase and intend to use a forwarding company I will not proceed with the sale.

I am currently living in the commonwealth of Dominica and have a shipping address with a shipping agency in Miami where I order basically everything needed from online sites. They use fedex and then package it and ship it to my country, this is what I meant when I say middle man. As it is a long shipping journey (about two weeks) I want to be certain that the tablet is well packaged to avoid damage as it would not be an option for me to return it.

Keep in mind that I am an international buyer. I only created a profile to buy this tablet and did not bother to add any profile pics since I am not a frequent buyer of gadgets nor stuff on swappa (This will be my first purchase on this site) . If you would like me to provide more identification I would be happy to do so, if not then I would be happy to purchase from another seller.
