Ooh okay thank you Kat. Hopefully it clears up. I’m not sure if the person will still want to purchase the item anymore, but hopefully the lock goes away. That’s strange. Never had that happen before.

I checked my bank. Im seeing where I paid for the item twice. But there seem to be a glitch why the two payments went through

After paying on one Swappa account, after being notified that it failed, I tried making a new Swappa account so I’m assuming that’s where the issue happened
Hi Kate, this is Joel. PayPal says it’s a pre-authorization payment. So it’s only reflected in PayPal notifications and on my bank account. Needless to say the bank account is a bit too private, so can a screenshot of the notifications suffice?
Never mind the screenshots. I just got a refund of both payments.
Sorry about the confusion. I’m still interested in purchasing both lenses but I don’t want to revamp the issue. I’ll try tomorrow.
