Damage Description

Fair condition - There will be some wear from use. May have some scratches on screen/back, and possible scuffs/dings on edges. Any scratches on screen are mostly not visible when Laptop is powered on. There a dent on lid of the laptop. The pictures are stock pictures to give you an idea an of what you may expect.
Cosmetic condition: The device shows some scratches and some dents on case & has crack on case. Please see the pictures.
Display Condition: LCD Screen is in good working, might shows some sings of normally use.
Package Includes: Laptop with its AC Adapter and Battery. Only as shown

PLEASE RESET THE DEVICE BEFORE RETURN. OTHERWISE WE PROCESS A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
We will VERIFY the SERIAL / IMEI # of the device with order record.

We accept return of items within 30 days of delivery. Buyer will pay for return shipping.
Unwanted / Order by mistake will access a 15% restocking fee + initial shipping cost.
ORDER OVER 30 DAYS RETURN with NO ISSUE Found will incur up to 50% restocking fee.

Item must be returned in original condition along with all accessories.
Mismatch SERIAL NUMBER/IMEI info may result in denial of your return.

Any hardware issue or damages (physical or liquid) should be reported within 7 DAYS of receipt.
Issue that's being reported after this may affect the eligibility for return.
In additional, higher restocking fee will be applied if the issue is caused by buyer's mishandling. (Up to 50% restocking fee based on condition of returned item)
