The screen itself has no visible scratches. The back of the phone has some small scratches near the bottom and just a few others scattered around, most likely where dirt/debris entered the case at some point and rubbed against the phone.

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
