Apple iPhone 12 Pro

I had to get my iPhone repaired via AppleCare+ after dropping it. Due to them not having the parts, Apple at Barton Creek mall, in Austin, TX had to send it off to the repair center. Since I needed a phone in the meantime, I bought a 14 Pro and no longer need the 12 Pro. Apple replaced many parts of the phone including:

Display assembly
Battery
Camera assembly
Stainless steel frame
Back glass and housing

Since then, the phone has been unused and is the box it was sent back to me in. I have an itemized receipt for the repairs that matches the serial number on the box and phone. Some other important bits:

The phone is unlocked
Has not been logged into or set up
Warranty on replaced parts from Apple until August 4, 2023

Does not come with charger or EarPods
