Phone came from my supplier with broken seals or damaged retail packaging. I have tested the phone functionality with M360, a testing program similar to PhoneCheck, and they have passed all tests. Packaging has been repaired or replaced, and the sale includes everything you would get in the box like chargers, cables, headphones, etc. (If the original phone did not come with those accessories, they will not be included with the sale unless the buyer requests a specific item.) Since the retail seals have been broken, the phone is listed as mint.
These phones have no activation history, so they follow Verizon’s device unlocking policy

Assume they are Verizon locked and that any attempt to bypass carrier locks is done at buyer’s expense and risk, and may result in the inability to return the phone for a full refund.

can i put Canadian sim card and will it work?
I believe this one was a brand new unit that had some damaged retail packaging, so I couldn't sell it as "new" condition (Swappa only allows devices to be listed as new if they are in original retail packaging with factory seals intact). As such, it probably falls under Verizon's device lock policy. However, there are third party services out there that bypass carrier locks and they seem to work well with Samsung and Apple. That would be at buyer's expense and risk of course.
