Hello, I want to buy immediately for $90, may I? I will use mail forwarding and pay with PayPal. My address has been verified. I live in Ukraine, so I need an American company to send me. I bought over 160 items on swappa, so I'm a serious buyer.

There are two options if a lower price is agreed upon.

1) You (the seller) may lower the listing price via the Edit Listing option.

2) You can inform the potential buyer that you will agree to refund the difference if the item is purchased at the current listed price.

The 2nd option is handy if there is a time discrepancy between the two users and the potential buyer is not around at the time of the price change. As we are a first come first serve marketplace, lowering the price could mean that another buyer that was not involved in the discussions will purchase.

Thank you. And is there any higher risk to shipping to freight forwarding addresses? I don't want to get a chargeback from paypal down the line saying the item wasn't received.

Here at Swappa, buyers who use a freight forwarding/reshipper company in the US must ask the seller if they are comfortable with this arrangement before purchasing. You are only responsible for delivery to the address tied to the payment. Once the package is delivered to the forwarder it's the buyer's responsibility at that point.
