- if tracking says item was delivered and buyer claims , it wasn’t delivered , its buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
- in case the buyer dont receive the item and the item is returned to us a 10% restocking fees and shipping fees will be deducted from the total .

I am happy to pay the actual cost of USPS international priority, even if it is $100. In my experience, it will be around $40 for the shipping. I have United States and Japan paypal. Japan paypal charges very high currency conversion fees. I will pay with US paypal. if this is OK for you, I can buy.
