We take returns or exchange items if the item comes with an issue not described, if you enter the address incorrectly we will have to refund you due to Paypal policy and we will withhold 6% of the total payment to cover Paypal fees. Returns due to buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as the 3.5% Paypal fee as they no longer refund the fee even when the customer is refunded.

Unfortunately this is the lowest we can do, some of those cheaper ones don’t have the highest processor speeds, ssd capacity as this one note do they come with longer than 30 day warranty but ours do.
Okay I understand. I will still purchase this one.
