We strive to provide our customers with their tech needs. We test our products before shipping. Due to the fact that most devices are used it is possible that some issues aren't able to replicate when we tested so it is possible that a device might have issues, in that case please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve it! We appreciate your business!

We usually ship same or next day, in very rare cases it might take longer.

We take returns or exchange items if the item comes with an issue not described, if you enter the address incorrectly we will have to refund you due to Paypal policy and we will withhold 6% of the total payment to cover Paypal fees. Returns due to buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as the 3.5% Paypal fee as they no longer refund the fee even when the customer is refunded.
