No it's my mailing address, similar to a PO box but typically assigned to military/govt personnel stationed overseas. For mailing purposes it is considered a domestic address and not international.

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "show the deliver on pending," but it should be considered a domestic delivery if that is your concern.

Whenever somebody is overseas and they have a poBox. It normally deliver then ship to the addres overseas, the problem whit that is that traking is not available to the next addres. If the final addres is a POBox and you live in USA and you are picking up in usa the item, then I have not problem. But if the item is been send to another addres after delivering to the PObox then I can't do that

It's not a forwarding address, as far as the USPS mailing system is concerned it is a domestic delivery. It's not a PO box, I say similar to a PO box because it puts it into simpler terms without me having to go into a more detailed explanation. But good luck with the sale.
