Hi Juan - appreciate the offer, but I'm not really interested in doing a swap as I already have another phone.
No damage, but if you are looking to give the iPhone 12 a try I would recommend just buying a new one directly from Apple. They have a 14 day no questions asked return policy. I'm not inclined to do a return/refund due to buyer's remorse; i.e., if you purchase and you decide that you simply prefer your current phone.

I use freight forwarding services.
And I have to ask you if you are satisfied with the fact that you have to send me a package to the warehouse of the logistics company.
If the seller is not informed about the use of a forwarding service before purchase, this could have a negative effect on the buyer's Swappa account standing.
The seller is not responsible for lost or mishandled packages once the item is delivered to the reshipper or forwarding service.
For returns where the buyer used a freight forwarding service, the seller is not responsible for the international shipping costs to have the device returned to them.

I think I follow, but to confirm - you are located outside of the US, but Swappa doesn't allow shipping directly to a non-US address. Instead, I would send to a freight forwarding service that would send it on to you. Is that correct?
