Is my understanding correct that any phone purchased on this website, from a seller who is located in another state, voids the sales tax on the purchase (ex: I'm in California, this seller is in Georgia). Your help would be much appreciated, thank you.

@Ryan: How you explained it is exactly how it should work. Tax was paid on the device when I bought it and it's absurd that they're charging sales tax on a used peer-to-peer sale. Unfortunately, it appears that's the case.

So let me get this straight.....Kyle already paid the full tax on the item when he purchased it, but now the BUYER has to pay full sales tax a SECOND time.....on a USED devices, when it is purchased??!!! Are you kidding me??? That is beyond frustrating, that's like straight up robbery. Pay tax twice on the same item. Wow. And I'm in California!!! Highest rates in the country. So based on the price he currently has it advertised for, what would be my additional cost now, for the taxes? Based on $849.00

Yes, I read all that, and that the tax is calculated at checkout. But that doesn't help me when I'm trying to find out the total cost of the item BEFORE I press the "Buy it now" button, and have already committed to the sale of the item. I'd like to know before I commit to the purchase of the item. I don't believe I'm asking that much to just quickly calculate it on a calculator, and let me know. I need to make sure I have enough money to buy this item, especially given the awkward nature of having to pay tax in the first place, which all this time I was going about checking these listing thinking I was paying the price that was advertised. That's all I'm saying.

Hey Ryan. I definitely get where you're coming from and share your frustration. A quick Google search shows 7.25 percent sales tax in California. 849x1.0725=910.56.

Also, Ryan, most of my experiences have been okay with support... But don't give them a reason to take action. I've had some reps intentionally mess with me and make me do extra stuff and withhold listings just because they have the power. I share your frustration at the laws that think it's okay to tax it twice, but be mindful when talking to support here. Just a friendly warning based on my experience. :)

Is the charger included?

To clarify, does it come with the complete OEM charger, S pen, original box (says it was put back in box in comments)? When did you purchase it....how long has it been in use or when did it get put back in box after a month? Why are you selling? Are there any defects/scratches that don't show in the pics? Was it factory unlocked? Is it the US version with a Snapdragon 865+ processor?

It comes with the OEM cable and adapter. S pen is in the phone. It was purchased not long after its release. Very light use and always cased with a screen protector. No damage. Went to the iOS ecosystem. No defects or scratches. Pictures are not deceitful and reflect it's condition. Factory unlocked. US version.
