The device ships free of cost by USPS First Class Mail on the same or next business day. Delivery time frame for First Class mail is 2 to 7 business days. We offer expedited shipping by USPS Priority Mail for an extra charge of $15. Buyer needs to message on sale page once the purchase is made and we will send invoice for the expedited shipping charge via Paypal to the buyers email address. Once the invoice is paid, the device will be shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Items received not as described shall be returned to the seller for a prompt refund

All seller return policies are based on the pre-condition that the device is received as advertised and in accordance with Swappa policies.

We offer hassle free refunds within 15 days of receiving the device. We provide prepaid return shipping label and issue full refund for our listing price. Paypal/ Stripe do not refund their fees and this amount will be deducted from the refund. We have no additional restocking fees. If the device received has functional issues, we will bear the Paypal/Stripe fees.

Order cancellations are subject to full refund of our listing price. The Paypal/Stripe fees for the order will be deducted from the refund as Paypal and Stripe do not refund their fees.

Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.

If the device is returned in broken/damaged or non functional condition including but not limited to water damage it will not be eligible for returns. Once the return is initiated, the device needs to be sent back within 3 to 4 business days. If the device is not received back within 10 days of initiating the return, the return will be closed.
