If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.

From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site. Michael - You might need to check if your PayPal is setup properly. PayPal failed for me too. I have a confirmed address and frequently use PayPal without any issues.

Thanks for the reply! If it helps, the specific message is: "Payment not submitted. Transaction cannot be processed due to a possible compliance violation. To get more information about the transaction, call customer support". I've had to call them before so I definitely know how that goes.
