It's a US version, unlocked. I used it on verizon, but it was originally for At&t. Its unlocked so it should work on T-Mobile but I have not verified that.

I think its on 9, and I read there was an update early this year. It is boxed up ready to ship out so I'm not 100% sure. I can open the box if it's a deal breaker.
