You asked me for my lowest price without the memory card. The specific SD is around $45 in Amazon right now.
Regarding your warranty question, I am assuming it is with Sony directly but I am not sure about the warranty terms. Either way, one of the two should be able to resolve any issues, if needed.

The card you have included in the offer is available for $28 on Amazon, BHPhotoVideo, Adorama, etc. My current offer is already $20 more than the last listing sold on Swappa with same condition, brand new and black color. $370 is my best offer without the card and $385 with the card.
