I continue to look at the back of it and I see a smash / dent in the middle of the back. Am I correct?
@Eduardo G. I'm so sorry i overlooked it because i had a post it note over where the dents are and didn't see it when i went to respond to you the other day...but yes there are 2 small dents as shown on picture.
How did that happen? Did it fell? How high?
Is there any internal damage? Did you get it to apple for them to check inside the components?
@Eduardo G. The iPad has never fallen since we have had it in our possession. We believe the dents happened during shipment process landing to our store. We did not take it to the Apple, however we do have an on-site Apple Certified Technician that works with us and confirmed there is no internal damage or functionality issues caused from the dents. Damage is confirmed to be only cosmetic and device is still fully functional. Please let us know if you have any further questions, our team is readily available.
