We take returns or exchange items if the item comes with an issue not described, if you enter the address incorrectly we will have to refund you due to Paypal policy and we will withhold 6% of the total payment to cover Paypal fees. Returns due to buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as the 3.5% Paypal fee as they no longer refund the fee even when the customer is refunded.

How many charge cycles does the battery have? And has the laptop ever been repaired or had a component replaced?
I don't know if anything was replaced on it or if it was ever repaired, possibly the display was replaced because it looks to be in very good condition and they commonly had an anti reflective coating peeling but this one doesn't, battery cycle is 590
I am not the only owner so I cannot tell if anything was replaced or not, I never had anything replaced
What is processor speed?
