What does it come with? Do you have the box?

Hi Serge, yes fully in original box with ac adaptor and USB-C cable as described. iPad itself is mint, AC adaptor has some minor scuffing but no major dings or anything. Pink Folio case in good condition with some minor fraying along one edge (you can see in photo number 10). Box is also included for the pink folio.

Original purchase receipt from MicroCenter showing 12/3/2018 will also be included.

It's your choice of course. I accommodated the price you originally offered, which is less than I see this model going for on Swappa currently. I did not look outside Swappa, perhaps that is where you are seeing lower prices. If I might ask, where are you seeing the lower prices? Even taking into account the discounts currently at some retailers like Best Buy, I think $700 is a fair price, but of course I could be wrong. Thank you for your interest.
