We take returns or exchange items if the item comes with an issue not described, if you enter the address incorrectly we will have to refund you due to Paypal policy and we will withhold 6% of the total payment to cover Paypal fees. Returns due to buyer's remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee as well as the 3.5% Paypal fee as they no longer refund the fee even when the customer is refunded.

In one of the photos of the bottom of the computer there is a foot missing and no scratch and in the others there are 4 feet and a scratch.
My bad, it's the one with all 4 feet the other one is a 2014 one that I'm selling as well
