Yes it comes with box. Accessories would be the case and that's it. I am the original owner bought on black Friday. Warranty from factory. Never had any repairs. Screen protector since day one. Selling because I enjoyed my pixel more than this one.

Any scratches, blemishes or dings anywhere on the phone? Any money owed anybody? Who is/was the carrier?

No money owed. I am the original owner. No carrier directly unlocked from Samsung. No scratches or blemishes
