Phone is in relatively good condition. Phone has a screen protector so I believe the screen is in near pristine condition. Comes with a rubber case that isn't the best but does an okay job of protecting the phone (case has some sticky residue on the outside).

Does it have wifi hotspot and does it work?

This is a stock T-Mobile S2 device. Not sure if it has wifi hotspot on it. If it does, it works but I'm not sure. If you check online for the software/features for the S2 you can see if this has that functionality.

I don't believe it is unlocked. There is a chance it is though - we may have taken the phone overseas in which case we would have unlocked it. If there is an easy way to check I'm happy to do so.
