Hi, am I understanding correctly - the keyboard was replaced with a Classic keyboard, is that what the Orange means? How is the battery life? Sorry to ask these q's, and thanks.

Hello - the device was replaced by my BlackBerry Classic (newer model), only because I switched to AT&T. The "orange" keyboard has orange marks on the number keys. While the Q10s were originally prone to double typing (this one also), replacement with this keypad solved the problem. As you can see I bought extras and haven't had to replace it.

Batteries seem to last about a day and a half, but not 2. I mainly texted and emailed. As they say your mileage may vary based on games, videos, etc. The ability to change batteries with the external charger limits downtime by popping a charged battery to the amount of time it takes to boot the phone.

Brian, did you have good service with Verizon on this phone? I am thinking of switching, or going prepaid to try out the Verizon service. Would this phone work with prepaid, in theory :)

Hi Bill - I exclusively use prepaid. This phone worked well on VZW with 4G LTE, but their prepaid does not work outside of the US. You would need to swap sims in the country you are visiting.

I uploaded a picture of the inside of the phone - you can see the sim slot and note I had to peel the sticker back to get to the keyboard screws.
