What is the IOS version running on the iPad? I only will consider buying if it's running below IOS 10.3.1

Apple stopped signing firmware below ios 10.3.1 approx 7 months ago. My main reason for wanting the ios to be below 10.3.1 is for jailbreaking purposes. I take it that the ipad has been updated beyond 10.3.1?
