I can't tell if in first picture if phone is in a case? Does it come with a case? Does it have a screen protector on it? Any issues with the phone, bluetooth, battery or anything?

You might want block out IMEI from your warranty photo to protect it and future buyer.

Can you ship USPS Priority Mail? It usually same or real close to standard shipping prices.

Almost a year. But it's one of 3 daily drivers I have used and hence not really used day in day out for the past year.

FYI: I am in Taiwan right now and will only be back in Oregon on the 26th. If bought before, then I will ship it overnight once I get back home this Thursday.
