Can this device be unlocked? I need to have an unlocked SIM tray on this device. That means no AT&T lien on the device from an original purchaser...

How about a pic with the screen on and lit as per Swappa guidelines?

It's AT&T device and this device can be unlocked through unlocking code. Right now it's not possible to take picture with screen on. Thanks!

I understand how the unlock works in theory. I've unlocked 4 AT&T devices already this year... My concern was not answered. Do you KNOW AT&T is not owed on the device? If they are not paid off I get no code.

So is this leftover stock never activated? Or returned from the field and refurbed? That makes a big difference on what kind of gamble for AT&T to give up the code.

I'm already sitting on one 2520 that won't unlock and may get blacklisted if the "gentleman" that sold it to me does not keep up his payments.

Additionally, I was under the belief that a device listing will not go public without a picture of the device lit up. Swappa's rules not mine.

Hopefully you can see my concerns. I'll take a chance at $90 as a boneyard item if you can't address these issues. Not having a guarantee the device boots or is unlockable really takes the value out of it.

As I'm reading the comments, I agree with RumoredNow. You cannot answer the simple questions he asked. Not very helpful in answering what he needs to know. That deterred me from the sale off of here and your listing on eBay. Unlocking the tablet is also important for me.

So this item aint selling and no one looks interested due to lack of comment activity, not yet purchased and low view count. $70 is what i can do and you will get rid of this dead weight stock and I will have to get it unlocked myslef

Honestly, I would purchase the tablet for $120. I think the seller did a fine job with explaining, and although not direct, he answered precisely. I know what this is, people are jumping on the first complaint's goat-tails and riding them to get a lower price. "no one look interested", "dead weight stock", and other negative comments like "I will have to get it unlocked myself" (oh poor you), are just being used in attempt to get a lower price. Unlocking a device yourself is practically a given in this situation! It was never listed as unlocked! It's like people are getting upset for this post not offering something that was never auctioned up in the first place! So I will offer $120, and ibswireless is a fine seller.
