Hello SHWireless. I just purchased a Verizon-iPhone 6 for $265 from you: Sold: Swappa GTZ484 - Apple iPhone 6 (Verizon). After asking a follow up question in that thread, Swappa disabled my ability to comment saying I need to use seller page, which I can't easily find. Please let me know how to communicate with you properly from here.

Thank you for shipping the phone. I see under your policy, it says: "Purchase includes a 30-day warranty on functionality and a 30-day return period ... Item must be received back in same condition as sent or maybe subject to re-stocking fee."

Per the "30-day return period," the friend for whom I purchased this phone has notified me that she was just placed into a homeless shelter and will not be able to afford the Verizon phone plan that I was going to set her up with. May I please return this phone for full refund? I won't even open package. Thank you in advance. So sorry for the hassle! Do hope I can return seamlessly.

Also, once PayPal allows me to transfer to my bank the $255 I see you refunded, I'll be looking for a Sprint-enabled iPhone 6. If you carry ones for Sprint, too, I'll purchase from you. (I broker wireless services with Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile, via Flash Wireless, a third-party carrier.)
