I haven't used swappa before, if I bought this phone and I had any issues like it not working or there was something wrong with it, how does the return policy work?
Taylor. You are protected on swappa. As a seller I can't post a phone that is iCloud locked or has a bad ESn. You can return the device for full refund if it isn't as advertised. Seller covers shipping.
In addition my company takes it further with a return policy if you are not happy with it when you get it. We also honor a 6 month warranty against defects. Excludes physical damage caused after purchase.

Perfect I noticed you mentioned the battery not being so good? What is wrong with it?
Nothing is wrong with the battery. I don't see anything in my description that says the battery is not good. Swappa lists accessories as including a battery. It says (required) next to battery meaning I can't sell you a phone without a battery. No troubles with this phone guaranteed.
