Hi Smart,

I don't do any refurbishing, so I certainly have not refurbished it. The phone does not show any signs of being refurbished and my supplier did not say it was refurbished (they normally do if it is). I do guarantee that is has not been though and if it is then of course I will give you a full refund if you wanted to return the device.
