It's about 6 months old. Small nicks around the sides that doesn't effect the phone at all. Small scratches on the screen that has no effect on the viewing. Just normal wear and tear so I'm listing it at good to fair.

I bought it 6 months ago from Amazon. I wasn't including a charger but I have one from google direct that will do the fast charing, so I'll include that for this price

I don't remember. I had bought the official google charger from google when I bought it. So I can supply you with that one. I just got a pixel which comes with a charger so I'll get you the one from Google. I remember it being about $35-$40 so it's a good one.
