Please answer the following questions:
1) Has the device been modified in anyway or using the non-Apple parts inside? I am asking this as if I want to change to the new battery on this device, it has to be clean without modifications inside except from Apple store.
2) How long does the battery last if the device is on but not using, and if using to watch movies on it, or surfing the Internet, or talking on the phone?
3) Will you accept $100 for this phone since it is 4s with pretty small screen and old battery and processor?

Hello the iphone is complete with OEM apple parts. The battery is OEM and is tested and changed if it does not perform properly. The battery should last about 5-7 hours on wifi while watching a movie. While using as a normal cell phone it does the job very well, it should last up to 8 hours on 3g and up to 175 hours on standby. What kills the battery most is the level of brightness. It should be dimmed a bit so it conserves the battery. You may also purchase additional battery phone case or plug in when not in use to resolve all issues. Its a nice phone. Lots of storage. Works as it should and it looks excellent. No scratches or markings on front or back screen. Battery was tested to specifications of iphone. I can't really do 50 or 55 because it just is not a fair offer. Thank you for offer and please check out my other Sprint listings.

What do you mean, no iCloud? If I have an icloud account associated with the (lost) iphone I'm replacing, will it transfer to this phone? Thank you!

Hello, the lost phone is useless to user unless the original owner signs out of passwords and icloud account. This iphone is free from all passwords and accounts. The old icloud account can be duplicated on another iphone model if it was updated and saved. Then new iphone needs to be restored with icloud or itunes. However, the apps may need to be reloaded or purchased again.

Good to know. I understand about apps, etc. I just want to make sure there aren't any issues with transferring my icloud data from the phone I lost to this one. Also, what is the iOS installed on this phone?

The icloud data should be able to be transferred. I am hoping there is enough space (64gb) to transfer data. The IOS is the older IOS 8.1 version. Thanks Marc

Hello yes the batteries on all the phones and this one is tested to Apple specifications. If it does not pass then it is replaced with battery that passes or a new battery. Thanks Marc
