Sounds interesting, Good price. Do you have the name of the person who originally purchased from Dell that you can provide. Dell will not provide any warranty or support unless you have the original buyer

Also how can I be assured its safe and sound arrival.... I mean what if it comes damaged in shipping?? Is there some way I can be assured of a working device on arrival... willing to consider options. Thanks, Tina

the phone was purchased by me. Upon payment I can send you the shipping and billing address if you need it for warranty information.

I will insure the package if you need, but i'm fairly certain there will not be any issues. This week I shipped two 27 inch monitors internationally and they arrived undamaged, as well as a computer. I will add extra padding to the box for you too if that would make you feel comfortable. My family has worked in retail for years now and ships stuff weekly without issue, so it should be fine :)

Sorry for any delays. To save money I shipped using parcel post. It can take up to 9 days. It was dropped off on Monday, but I can't guarantee it went out that same day since it was in the afternoon.
Based on the website you should be getting it Monday or Tuesday.

Hello Brett, No Droid parcel post delivery as of this afternoon (Tuesday). Did you have insurance or tracking on this item? You had sent on Monday 7/13. Thanks Brett. Tina

I already said I did not insure and USPS does not provide tracking on parcel post. I have the receipts, I'm not sure what else to do. I will ask the post office again, but I doubt they will be of any help. It left my hands to your address, I can't guarantee the post office will follow through.

I don't want to accuse anyone of anything, but just in case you are saying you didn't receive the phone and you really did, I will make sure to report the MEID so that the phone can not be used.

Swappa staff can confirm that the buyer received the device from Brett (the seller) and was pleased.
