The phone was purchased used via Craigslist in July 2013 (very shortly after its April 2013 release date). Display is bright and crisp; no dead pixels, burn-in, or uneven color temperature.

Damage description

Listed in "Good" condition due to barely-noticeable hairline scratches on the screen. They do not affect the visibility of the display. There are also some light scratches on the removable plastic back cover. Finally, OEM battery was replaced with a non-OEM Anker battery in February 2015.

Has the phone ever been repaired, has the screen been replaced? Do you have a picture of the hairline scratches on the glass?

Added 3 new pictures to show the scratches. The most prominent scratch is near the left side but even that is only a hairline scratch. The phone has never been repaired. Only a battery replacement after the original one died.
