• Is this phone iCloud or Google locked? Nope! Every phone is checked to make sure there is no FRP or Apple lock.
• Is the phone paid off? Every phone passes multiple ESN checks to make sure the ESN is ready to activate. While we don’t know the history of every phone, we can guarantee that it will activate without any issues.
• Can I get the IMEI? I’m sorry but because of bad prior experiences, we cannot give those out.
• Does it come with a charger/headphones/box? Every phone comes with a charger and cable. Most do not have a box or headphones.
• Can I get more/other pictures? All phones are sorted and stored after they are listed, so unfortunately we don’t have a way to take more pictures.
• What if XYZ happens? We are not out to make a quick buck. We stand behind our products and will make sure you are taken care of.
• Is this phone unlocked? Unless stated otherwise, no.
• Does this phone come with a SIM Card? It does not.
• Are there any scratches? This is a used device, so it is normal to see light scratching on the screen or frame as well as light shadowing ln the LCD. Any devices with heavy scratching, dents or serious imperfections are clearly labeled as such and these issues are highlighted in the pictures.
• Has the screen been replaced? Its possible. We take these phones in on trade from our retail stores, so we don’t know their full history. We do test every function of each device and make sure the screen is in good working and looking condition.
