Hello, When is the device purchase? Is it been dropped, repair, or refurbished? Still under factory warranty? Apple care +?
Hi Alan,
Device was received as a gift on 12/25/15 and date of purchase is 12/24/15, and there is no AppleCare+ on the device. It has never been dropped/repaired/refurbished. It is in like new condition, has been in the Smart Case the entire time.

I am getting rid of it because I received an iPad Pro for Christmas.
The price of $380 includes the leather Smart Case. I'm willing to sell without it, and am open to discussing the price. I did just drop it today from $415.
Does this come with the original lightning cable and power adapter ?
