What do you mean by no icloud, no find my iphone? It doesnt work? Does fingerprint work?
If you are unfamiliar with Apple products they have a security feature that prevents theft.... Icloud lock is the term used to describe an apple phone that has been locked to the owner and no one else can use it.. Find My Iphone is a tool used through GPS to locate a stolen device.... Find my Iphone "off" meaning that its clear..No Icloud meaning this feature is clean and clear because the phone is reset... Yes the touch id functions... Sorry for the long explanation. ,, Everything works phone is clear and ready to use..
