Sorry, I listed the lowest price that I will accept for shipment anywhere in the continental USA. But...if the mailing is to go to a nearby state (California, Oregon, Arizona or Nevada), I would accept $100, reflecting the reduced mailing cost.

To accept an offer for a lower price, the seller edits the listing to update the price. Once the price has been changed and saved, the seller leaves a comment on the listing page to let the user(s) know that it was updated.

Good question. There seem to be three possibilities:
1. I could REDUCE the listing price to $100- for a few hours. We would both take a risk: someone else might beat you to the sale; and I might be getting $100 for a shipment outside of the region.
2. You could pay $105 and I could send you $5, all via Paypal. But you would have to trust me on that.
3. I could ask Swappa staff how you could pay $100 and get the phone, avoiding the above alternatives.
I'll try #3 now and see if we can get a quick reply.
