This comes with no accessories (besides case) not even the charger?
Sorry I don't have idea about the question "Is this phone bootloader unlockeable".
In settings > about phone go to build number at the very bottom and tap 6 or 7 times until it says "you are a developer" then developer options appears in the settings. In the developer options tab there is a toggle that says "allow oem unlocking." if that tab is greyed out, then unlocking the bootloader is not available.
