Is this phone truly mint, with "no signs of use"? It has a tmobile back on an att phone and I believe I see some flaws in the photos on the front and the back... but of course, I could be wrong.

Nelson, please double-check the condition for this device. A Mint listing requires the device to show no signs of use. The new images you have uploaded appear to show some marks.

I have uploaded some other pictures of the device. What you see at the corners is a reflection of the lighting around and not any defects on the phone. The only issue I see with this phone is the T-Mobile battery cover which I mentioned in my original posting. The only reason this phone does not meet your definition of "New" is that it has been activated and it does not have original box and accessories. Let me know if there are any more questions. Thanks.
