I would just like to point out to you the pictures of the iphone you posted are all of a iphone 4s I know because of the location of the Antenas

I have a true iphone 4 and the Antenas are two on the bottom sides and 1 on top that's a 4s so it should have siri

It shows model MD439LL/A when I look in Settings/General/About, which is what I went by and when I google that it comes back as an iPhone 4.

Hmm that's odd because to my knowlege apple only made iphone 4s with that Antena placement

Well if you can get into the phone setting there should be siri settings somewhere I don't recall exactly where tho I haven't used my iPhone in a while i have a galaxy s5 now
