Is this the dual sim unlocked variant? If not which carrier variant is this device? The developer edition had 64GB.

No, it's not a dual sim, but it is an unlocked 32GB. A step below the 64GB. I could not find the plain unlocked version listed. It's not an AT&T model. I purchased it straight from HTC Unlocked. But it works with AT&T. LTE and all.
