Any scratches or dents on the phone? How about the battery health?

There are some light scratches on the bottom, which you can see in the photo with the Lightning port. The battery health is fine. I haven't had any issues and the phone lasts the whole day for me.

Is there any warranty on it (AppleCare)?

There is no AppleCare, sorry.

The phone is covered by Apple's 1 year manufacter's warranty until mid November. "Repairs and Service Coverage: Active. Your product is covered for eligible hardware repairs and service under Apple's Limited Warranty."
