I have now upgraded my device, so no longer need this phone.
It does come with the original box. It will have an OEM charger and cable.
This device has very light scratching on the screen that is only visible in direct sunlight or bright lights. You can use Apple care to get a new screen for 35 dollars, though, as neither of the two accidental damage claims have been used.
Apple care plus is available on this until September 2019.
It is unlocked and purchased as sim free from Apple directly.

Battery health was 87% when I reset it. Since it has Apple care plus, you can take it into a store and essentially demand a new one as it is only a year old.
