Is this the latest Fire HD? Confused by the comment "previous version, not 2017". Any warranty left? Pending these two questions, i'll buy now for $90.

This is the previous Fire HD version back from early 2016. I got it brand new so I am sure it is passed warranty period. It comes with protective case. screen protector can be removed if you don't need it.
